Energoatom receives profit of UAH 18.7 billion in 2025

In 2025, the Energoatom national nuclear energy generating company received a profit of UAH 18.7 billion.

This is stated in the government order No. 399-r dated April 29, 2026, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The report states that according to the company's consolidated financial statements for 2025, the net profit amounted to UAH 18,688,306,075.

It is noted that the distribution of profit for 2025 and the amount of annual dividends will be as follows:

- 50% of the profit in the amount of UAH 9,344,153,037.5 - for the payment of dividends to the state budget;

- 50% of the profit amounting to UAH 9,344,153,037.5 - to finance the company's activities in accordance with its statutory objectives, in particular, to implement measures to ensure physical protection and strengthen defense structures at nuclear power facilities, as well as to purchase nuclear fuel.

The Cabinet of Ministers also approved the amount of remuneration for members of the supervisory board and board of Energoatom, but the amount is not named.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2024, the Energoatom national nuclear energy generating company received a profit of UAH 1.318 billion against a loss for 2023 of UAH 11.256 billion.
