Defense forces hit Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery, two helicopters and number of other russian facilities at night

On the night of April 30, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in Orsk, russia, two Mi-28 and Mi-17 helicopters in the Voronezh Oblast of the russian federation, and a number of other enemy targets.

It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Specifically, a strike was recorded at the Orsknefteorgsintez refinery (Orsk, Orenburg Oblast, russian federation), followed by a fire on the facility’s grounds. The facility is involved in supplying the russian occupation army.

According to the agency, the plant produces over 30 types of petroleum products — gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation fuel, etc. Its design processing capacity is 6.6 million tons of oil per year.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of Tuesday, April 28, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Tuapse oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai of the aggressor state, the russian federation, for a second time.

In another region of the aggressor country, russia, residents complained of “oil rain” falling from the sky. This refers to the Perm Krai, where on the night of April 29, drones attacked an infrastructure facility that pumps oil to the western regions of the russian federation.
