Russian conscripts will not be let out of Belarus if the aggressor state of russia imposes a corresponding ban. Human rights activists assume that border guards of the two countries have begun to exchange data from the electronic military registration register and the draft register.

This was reported by Belsat with reference to the State Border Committee.

"If the russian federation does not impose a travel ban on him and everything is in order with the documents, then he will be let out," the State Border Committee answered when asked whether a russian citizen who has received a draft to join the army will be able to leave Belarus for a third country.

It is noted that recently, human rights activists reported that for the first time, Belarusian border guards did not let a russian out of the country, who was trying to fly from Minsk: first to Tbilisi, and then to Yerevan. The man in question had a summons to appear on April 29 for a medical examination, and a ban on the conscript's departure from russia appeared in a special electronic register.

According to human rights activists, border guards of the two countries began to exchange data from the electronic military registration register and the register of summons. The Belarusian Border Committee confirmed that there is some kind of common database, and advised to contact "the competent authorities of the russian federation":

"If they answer that departure is not restricted, please, you can leave the territory of Belarus. If departure is prohibited, then all questions are for the russian federation. If the person is in the database, they will not let him out. If he is not in the database of persons whose departure is restricted, we will let him out."

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Zelenskyy recently warned Belarus against participating in russia's "sick ideas" regarding a new offensive.
