Ukrainian Defense Forces defeat four Inokhodets drones and two enemy railroad trains at once - AFU General Staff
As a result of an attack by the Unmanned Systems Forces on Kirovske airfield in the occupied Crimea, one russian Inokhodets UAV was destroyed and three more were damaged.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Saturday, April 4.
"The Inokhodets UAV (export name Orion) is a Russian medium-range tactical strike and reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle designed for reconnaissance and strikes on ground targets. It is capable of operating at a distance of up to 250 km, staying in the air for up to 24 hours, flying at an altitude of up to 7.5 km and carrying a payload of up to 200 kg," the statement said.
As noted, the estimated cost of one complex is several million dollars.
In addition, last night, the Defense Forces hit railroad trains with fuel in the areas of Shchotove and Stanytsia Luhanska.
"The destruction of these facilities complicates the supply of fuel and lubricants to the occupation army of the Russian aggressor," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added.
