The development of this material was funded by the Air Force Research Laboratory under the leadership of General William McCasland, and the alloy itself was used in reusable spacecraft and rocket engines.

McCasland, who previously headed the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, disappeared on February 27 of this year in Albuquerque.

The general led the Pentagon's space technology programs and special projects and had connections to the UFO research community.

He left home in the morning without a phone and has not been in touch since. The military man headed a laboratory connected to the laboratory at the base, which is mentioned in UFO stories.
