Security Service of Ukraine drones attacked the Yevpatoria aircraft repair plant and two Pantsir-S2 anti-aircraft missile systems near the Dzhankoi airfield in the occupied Crimea.
The Ukrainian News agency was informed about this by sources in the SSU.
Drones of the SSU's Alpha Special Operations Center opened the spring "blast" season at russian military facilities in Crimea last night.
The occupiers "missed" strikes on the production facilities of the Yevpatoria aircraft repair plant JSC, as well as on the locations of military equipment and personnel in Pushkino (near the Dzhankoi airfield).
According to preliminary information, the following were hit:
- 2 Pantsir-S2 anti-aircraft missile and gun systems;
- a Mohajer-6 UAV on the airfield;
- a ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun on a truck;
- 2 fuel tankers;
- a Forpost UAV ground control station.
"SSU systematic special operations in Crimea are aimed at destroying the military infrastructure used by Russia to attack Ukraine. We are purposefully knocking out enemy air defense systems, drones and equipment to weaken their ability to cover their bases and strike at Ukrainian cities. The enemy will not be able to feel safe - especially on the territory of Ukrainian Crimea," an informed source in the SSU said.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, our sources confirmed, that during the attack on the Novorossiysk port on the night of March 2, the SSU, together with the Defense Forces hit the Admiral Essen frigate, which carries eight Kalibr cruise missiles. The attack hit the ship's middle superstructure. The SSU, together with other components of the Defense Forces hit warships, air defense systems and oil infrastructure in the port of Novorossiysk.
