Invaders significantly reduced flight activity at Saky airfield after Defense Forces strikes - Atesh movement
In the temporarily occupied Crimea, a sharp decrease in flight activity was recorded at the Saky military airfield in Novofedorivka. After the latest strikes by the Defense Forces of Ukraine, the russian military restricted flights and are taking measures to hide aircraft.
The airfield, where the 43rd Separate Naval Assault Aviation Regiment of the russian federation is stationed, continues to operate, but in a significantly limited mode.
This was reported by the Atesh movement on the Telegram social network.
After the strikes, russian units began to urgently move aircraft and other equipment to reserve sites, and some of them were dispersed in protected shelters.
Atesh transfers to the Defense Forces of Ukraine the coordinates of key infrastructure facilities of the airfield - technical and operational parts, fuel and lubricants and ammunition depots, caponiers with aircraft equipment, underground command posts and communication nodes. The indicated coordinates of the airfield: 45.0911786612, 33.587749075.
Su-30SM fighters, Su-24M/MR front-line bombers, Orion and Forpost drones, An-26 transport aircraft and Mi-8, Ka-27/29/52 helicopters are based on the territory.
Despite the attempts of the occupiers to hide the equipment, local residents continue to record the situation and transmit data to the Ukrainian side.
