Russia attacks high-rise building in Dnipro: 6 people injured, including child
The russian army hit an apartment building in a residential area of Dnipro. According to the latest reports, six people were injured, including a 14-year-old girl.
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov has reported this.
"They hit a residential building. All the details later," Filatov wrote on social media.
A fire broke out at the scene and is being extinguished by rescuers. The rescue operation is ongoing: rescuers have already rescued 16 people, and are communicating with the rest of the residents through house chats. Tents have been set up for the victims to keep them warm.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, specified that a14-year-old girl received light injuries and will recover at home. Two adults - a 64-year-old woman and an 88-year-old man - were hospitalized, their condition is assessed as moderate.
Earlier, the Air Forces warned of the threat of enemy drones. The State Emergency Service, police, utilities and charity workers are working at the site.
On the afternoon of January 22, russia launched a missile attack on a two-story apartment building in Kryvyi Rih. According to recent reports, 11 people were injured, including three children.
