President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the lack of effective response on the ground should not be attributed to a lack of personnel. Zelenskyy said this on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

He said that he had held a special energy conference call.

He emphasized that such companies have a solution to book 100% of their personnel

"The lack of effective response on the ground should not be attributed to the lack of personnel - cities have the resources to attract people to work," he emphasized.

Zelenskyy also said that today he expects a separate report from government officials on programs to support Ukrainians and businesses in the emergency situation.

He announced meetings and negotiations with partners who can provide additional support.

"The priorities for everyone are obvious: missiles for air defense, equipment for the energy sector, the most prompt implementation of all the work that is needed," he said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Zelenskyy said that as of the morning of January 21, about 4,000 houses in Kyiv are still without heat, almost 60% of the capital is without electricity.
