In 2025, demand for pre-owned cars from United States increased by 48%, with leadership in electric vehicles - UkrAutoprom
In 2025, compared to 2024, Ukrainians purchased 48% more pre-owned cars imported from the United States, namely 61,600 units.
This is said in a statement by the UkrAutoprom association, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
This is 22% of all pre-owned cars registered for the first time in 2025.
It is noted that the largest share of this number (52%) belongs to electric vehicles.
Gasoline cars account for 34%, hybrid cars - 7%, diesel cars - 4%, and cars with LPG - 3%.
The average age of pre-owned cars that joined the Ukrainian fleet last year is 5.2 years.
The TOP 5 pre-owned cars made in the US are: TESLA Model Y - 10,342 units; TESLA Model 3 - 9,106 units; Ford Escape - 3,796 units; TESLA Model S - 3,075 units and Chevrolet Bolt - 2,965 units.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in November 2025, compared to November last year, Ukrainians bought 2.2 times more pre-owned cars imported from the United States, namely 5,500 units.
