Manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade provided over 34% of tax revenues in 2025

Manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade provided over 34% of all tax revenues to the consolidated budget.

This is announced in a statement by the State Tax Service, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In particular:

- manufacturing provided 17.9% of total revenues;

- wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles – 16.6%.

A significant contribution was also made by:

- public administration and defense; compulsory social insurance – 12.4%;

- financial and insurance activities – 8.4%.

In 2025, compared to 2024, the largest increase in tax payments was recorded in the following sectors:

- processing industry – +23.6%, or +UAH 70.2 billion,

- wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles – +24.8%, or +UAH 67.6 billion,

- public administration and defense; compulsory social insurance – +25.9%, or +UAH 52.4 billion,

- agriculture, forestry and fisheries – +35.8%, or +UAH 27.9 billion.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the State Tax Service has published current accounts for paying taxes and the single social contribution in 2026.
