3 years ago, russians hit high-rise building in Dnipro: 46 people were killed

On January 14, 2023, the russian invaders hit a high-rise building in Dnipro with a missile, which destroyed the entrance and killed 46 people, including six children. Ukrainian News Agency recalls the details of the tragedy.

The russians hit with a Kh-22 missile.

"This type of missile leads to the greatest human casualties, because the missile is extremely inaccurate, has a huge deviation. Therefore, the use of such weapons against targets in densely populated areas is clearly a war crime," the Prosecutor General's Office wrote.

The rescue operation lasted 69 hours. A total of 39 people were saved (including 6 children), 79 people were injured (including 16 children). 236 apartments were destroyed, more than 400 people were left homeless.
