Real estate tax revenues increase by 19% to UAH 13 billion in 2025

Revenues from real estate tax increased by 19.3% to UAH 12.7 billion in 2025.

This is stated in the report of the Tax Service, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

According to the results of 2025, it was paid by almost 1.1 million taxpayers. In total, revenues amounted to more than UAH 12.7 billion.

This is 19.3% or almost UAH 2.1 billion more than in 2024. The largest amounts of tax were paid in the following regions: - Kyiv city - UAH 2.5 billion, - Lviv Region - 1.3 billion, - Kyiv Region - UAH 1.3 billion, - Dnipropetrovsk Region - 1.2 billion.

The growth of revenues indicates an increase in tax discipline and a responsible attitude of taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations.

The revenues are directed to local budgets and used to finance socially important programs, infrastructure development and improve the quality of life of communities.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Tax Service reminded about changes in the taxation of bank profits.
