After Mindich's schemes were exposed, head of SAPO received UAH 1 million in salary for month

The head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), Oleksandr Klymenko, received UAH 1 million in salary for the previous month of work.

This is evidenced by the data of his electronic declarations on changes in property status, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

At the end of the year, on December 28, Klymenko received UAH 150,000 in salary, on December 25, he received UAH 170,000 in salary, and on December 18, UAH 764,000 in salary. In total, in December he received more than UAH 1 million in one month.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the SAPO prosecutor in the case of former MP Ivaniushchenko turned out to be a millionaire who takes money from his parents and winter e-Support. The Kyiv prosecutor gave his wife a watch with inlaid diamonds. Prosecutor of the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office Yulia Diachenko indicated that she lives in a room belonging to the Khorolskyi Baby Food Plant. A former senior SAPO official who denied leaking data to Tymur Mindich was given USD 100,000.

NABU and SAPO reported suspicions to the prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office and lawyers for inciting them to give a bribe of USD 3.5 million to SAPO prosecutors and judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court for closing the case.
