HACC received materials on 5 MPs suspected of receiving bribes for voting

The High Anti-Corruption Court has received a petition to impose preventive measures on 5 MPs suspected of taking bribes for voting in parliament.

The Ukrainian News agency was informed about this in the court.

The petition for the election of preventive measures against the MPs was submitted to the court on Tuesday morning.

It is not yet known what measures of restraint NABU and SAPO are requesting for these MPs.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the MPs received from USD 2,000 to USD 20,000  in bribes for voting in parliament. The amount of the bribe was determined by the "voting efficiency indicator", which depended on the number of draft resolutions and laws supported by each MP, as well as their presence at plenary sessions. The amount of the illegal benefit ranged from USD 2,000 to USD 20,000. At the same time, at least from September 2022 to November 2022, the amount of undue advantage was USD 2,000, and at least from August 2025, it was already USD 5,000.

5 MPs were served notices of suspicion for "needful" votes in the Rada.
