278 combat clashes take place at front during day, 82 of them in Pokrovsk Axis

On December 16, 278 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest Axes were Pokrovsk (82 clashes), Huliaipole (28) and Lyman (27).

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

On December 16, 278 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Over the past day, the enemy carried out 74 air strikes, dropped 179 guided aerial bombs.

In addition, the enemy carried out 3,729 shelling, in particular, 75 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 3,523 kamikaze drones for strikes.

Thus, in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk Axes, Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 Russian attacks.

The enemy launched three air strikes here, dropped eight guided aerial bombs and carried out 138 attacks, in particular, eight from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South-Slobozhansk Axis, 9 enemy attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Synelnykove and towards Izbytske, Obukhivka, Kolodiazne.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 24 attacks of the invaders were repelled towards Kupyansk, Petropavlivka, Kucherivka, Pishchane, Novoplatonivka, Holubivka, Nova Kruhlyakivka.

In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 27 times in the Torske area and towards the settlements of Lyman, Stepove, Koroviy Yar, Zarichne, Drobysheve, Novoselivka, Stavky, and Hlushchenkove.

In the Slovyansk Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 6 enemy attacks in the areas of Siversk, Serebrianka and towards Pazene.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, the enemy attacked once in the direction of Bondarne.

In the Kostiantynivka Axis, the enemy carried out 24 attacks near Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Rusyn Yar, Yablunivka and towards Sofiivka, Kostiantynivka.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, the Defense Forces stopped 82 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Kotlyne, Udachne, Pokrovsk and towards Rivne, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Hryshynye, Zvirove, Serhiievka, Novopavlivka, Filia, Nove Shakhove, Dorozhnie, Sukhetske, Vilne, Ivanivka.

In the Oleksandrivsk Axis, the enemy carried out 20 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Zelenyi Hai, Sichneve, Krasnohirske, Zlahoda, Rybne and towards Ivanivka, Iskra, Oleksandrivka, Verbove, Pryvilne.

In the Huliaipole Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 28 russian attacks in the area of ​​the settlement of Solodke and towards Varvarivka, Huliaipole.

In the Orikhiv Axis, 8 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbaky, Stepove and in the directions of Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka and Prymorske.

In the Prydniprovsk Axis, no clashes were recorded.

In total, the losses of the russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,730 people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on December 15, 151 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest directions were Pokrovsk (40 clashes), Oleksandrivsk (24), and Kostiantynivka (20).
