Russia attacks energy and transport infrastructure of Odesa Region, fires broke out – Regional Military Administration

As a result of a night strike by russian troops with drones in the Odesa Region, an energy facility was damaged, numerous fires broke out. This was reported in the Telegram of the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

"The Odesa Region experienced another enemy attack by strike UAVs at night, aimed at destroying the civilian, energy and transport infrastructure of the region," Kiper noted.

Most of the enemy air targets were shot down by air defense forces, but, according to him, hits and damage to the energy facility were recorded.

Two private houses located nearby were also damaged as a result of the attack, and windows and doors were broken in the administrative building. Rescuers quickly extinguished all the fires that broke out. There were no deaths or injuries.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of Thursday, December 11, the military of the aggressor country of russia once again attacked energy facilities in the Kremenchuk district of the Poltava Region. The enemy shelling caused fires.

On the night of December 8, a russian drone exploded near a high-rise building in Chernihiv. The blast wave broke out windows and doors, damaged cars, and also caused a gas pipeline to catch fire.
