Russian special services preparing provocations in Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Kyiv - Lubinets

The special services of the aggressor country of russia are preparing a series of alleged "protest actions" in large cities to destabilize the situation inside Ukraine. This was reported by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets on his Telegram channel on Monday, December 8.

Lubinets noted that there is information about the preparation of protest actions in large cities of the south and east - Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv - as well as in Kyiv under the conditional name "Against the War". According to him, russia plans to play on human pain and attract mainly women, in particular mothers of prisoners and/or missing servicemen, for money.

"The enemy expects that this will create the necessary emotional background, provide media coverage and provoke a public outcry. According to russia's plan, these measures should become a tool for destabilizing the domestic political situation and creating pressure on the Ukrainian military-political leadership - especially against the backdrop of active consultations between Ukraine and the US on the conditions for ending the war," the ombudsman emphasized.

Lubinets called for vigilance and not allowing the aggressor country to use the human tragedy as a tool for information warfare against Ukraine.
