Residents of 5 regions left without electricity after russian shelling. Which regions were affected
As of Monday morning, December 8, russian strikes on energy infrastructure led to power outages for consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy and Chernihiv Regions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
"Due to hostile shelling of energy infrastructure, consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy and Chernihiv Regions remained without electricity in the morning," the message says.
Emergency restoration work continues, power engineers are working around the clock to restore power supply as soon as possible.
To facilitate the operation of the energy system, the Ministry of Energy called on citizens to save electricity during the day. The agency asks to pay special attention to the morning and evening hours, when consumption reaches its maximum.
