Zelenskyy tells when he will announce names of candidates for head of President's Office
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has no plans to announce a candidate for the post of the new head of the President's Office. He said this during a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron.
Zelenskyy explained that his choice will depend on the priorities that will be determined in the course of further discussions and that he will hold additional consultations after returning to Kyiv before making a final decision.
"There will be no sensations today. I want to hold additional consultations, which I plan to do upon my return to Ukraine. My choice depends on several factors - whether we will focus more on diplomacy or on other areas that are very important," the President said.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on December 1, Oleksii Honcharenko, MP from the European Solidarity party, said that the former head of the President's Office, Andrii Yermak, could be restricted from traveling abroad.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not yet decided who will head the President's Office after Yermak's resignation.
Andriy Yermak wrote a letter of resignation from the post of the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
