US Special Envoy for the Middle East Steve Witkoff plans to meet with russian president vladimir putin in moscow by December 4-5. The kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced this on November 30, TASS reports.

Peskov said that putin will receive the American Envoy Witkoff just before his visit to India, which is scheduled for the first week of December. Peskov did not specify the exact date and details of the meeting.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the US is coordinating "territorial disputes" with Ukraine before handing over the plan to putin.

Today, on November 30, the Ukrainian delegation began a meeting with its American partners in the United States, whose main goal is to agree on further steps to achieve peace.

As reported earlier, Ukrainian delegation, which includes the Secretary of the National Council of Ministers, including Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov and First Deputy Foreign Minister Serhii Kyslytsya, has traveled to the United States to discuss the peace plan promoted by President Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, putin refused to negotiate on the current front line and demanded the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from "the territories occupied by them."
