Oleksandr Tsukerman, according to law enforcement, was also a member of a criminal organization and was involved in the legalization of funds of corrupt origin.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 13, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on the application of sanctions against Tymur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman, involved in the case of the scheme of embezzlement of funds from the Energoatom national nuclear energy generating company.
