Since November 11, Ukraine has completely stopped exporting electricity
Ukraine has stopped exporting electricity since November 11, 2025, and before that, exports were at a minimum level, at certain hours of the day.
This is announced by the ExPro publication, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Reports about "increased exports to Moldova" are not true. They probably arose due to the use of incorrect data from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform, where volumes for Moldova were displayed incorrectly for a long time due to a technical failure. Currently, the data on the platform has been corrected and reflects the actual situation," the report says.
At the same time, Ukraine continues to import electricity at all hours of the day.
A total of 233,000 MWh of electricity was already imported from November 1-18.
