Ukrainians submit over 2.5 million applications to Diia for winter support - Zelenskyy

More than 2.5 million Ukrainians have already submitted applications through Diia to receive UAH 1,000 as part of the "Winter Support" program. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

"There are already more than 2.5 million applications in Diia from Ukrainians for winter support. Of these, over 300,000 are applications for children. The pace and volume of applications clearly indicate the timeliness and necessity of such a support program. Starting from Tuesday, the ability to submit applications also through Ukrposhta will be fully operational. The Government of Ukraine will provide full funding for the program," the message says.

We remind you that from November 15, every Ukrainian will be able to submit an application for UAH 1,000 of "Winter Support". The funds will be spent on utilities, medicines, Ukrainian-made products, postal services, books, charity and donations to the Defense Forces.

The funds must be used by June 30, 2026.
