On Sunday, November 2, a 250-kilogram aerial bomb was discovered near the village of Auvera in Estonia, which borders the Leningrad Oblast of russia.

It was reported by ERR.

According to the country's rescue service, on Sunday at 8:30 a.m., the emergency center received a report that a person walking in the forest near the village of Auvera had found a large explosive device.

The sappers who arrived at the scene found out that it was a 250-kilogram aerial bomb.

"The bomb squad is currently working at the scene and preparing to destroy the bomb on the spot. Residents of the surrounding areas may hear unusual sounds and explosions in the Auvera area," the rescue service said in a press release.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in October, a group of armed men in unusual uniforms was spotted on the Estonian-russian border - local border guards called them "green men."
