Due to russian shelling, there are power outages in several regions, outage schedules are in place - Ukrenergo on situation with electricity
As a result of drone attacks on power facilities, new blackouts have occurred in several regions this morning. Emergency repair works in all regions affected by the shelling are ongoing. The press service of Ukrenergo has reported this.
"Due to the difficult situation in the power system caused by the consequences of three massive missile and drone attacks on the power system this month, consumption restrictions are being enforced in all regions of Ukraine today. Hourly blackouts of 0.5 to 3 stages will be in effect throughout the day. Also, power limitation schedules for industrial consumers will be in effect throughout Ukraine," the statement said.
Electricity consumption remains high. Ukrainians were urged to limit the use of powerful electrical appliances until the end of the day.
"When the power comes on as scheduled, do not turn on several powerful electrical appliances at the same time," the power engineers added.
As a reminder, occupants shelled the Sloviansk TPP in the Donetsk Region. Two people were killed and one injured.
