Ministry of Defense launches beta test of new deferrals in Reserve+ application
New types of deferments from mobilization will soon be available in the Reserve+ application.
It was announced by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
A deferment online can be obtained by the following:
- a father or mother raising a child under 18 years of age on their own;
- people who care for a parent with a disability.
The Ministry of Defense invites citizens belonging to these categories to join the testing and be among the first to use the service. To do this, fill out a short form by the link.
The Ministry of Defense reminded that the online deferment works as follows: a request must be submitted to Reserve+ → the system checks the grounds in state registers → if confirmed, the deferment is granted and information about it appears in the electronic military document
"The process is fully automatic, usually takes a few hours and does not require collecting certificates, visits to the MCC, or long waits for the case to be considered. Reserve+ allows you to get a decision transparently, quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy," the Defense Ministry said.
Currently, the following can receive a deferral in Reserve+:
- people with disabilities;
- parents of three or more children born in the same marriage;
- parents of children with disabilities;
- a married couple of servicemen with a child;
- husbands or wives of people with disabilities;
- people with temporary incapacity;
- students, postgraduates;
- employees of higher and vocational education institutions.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, parents of children with disabilities can now receive a deferral in Reserve+.
