Russia announces planned strategic nuclear weapons training - Reuters

The aggressor country of russia has conducted a planned strategic nuclear force training exercise, which was remotely monitored by dictator vladimir putin. This was reported by Reuters and Meduza on Wednesday, October 22.

Russia announced that it had launched a Yars intercontinental ballistic missile from the Plesetsk cosmodrome at the Kura test site in Kamchatka, and a Sineva ballistic missile from the Bryansk nuclear submarine in the Barents Sea. The aggressor also used Tu-95MS long-range aircraft to launch air-launched cruise missiles.

"At key moments in the war in Ukraine, putin often reminded of russia's nuclear power as a warning signal to Kiev and its allies in the West. "NATO is also conducting nuclear deterrence exercises this month," the article says.

Reuters writes that russia conducted these exercises a day after the US announced the suspension of preparations for the second summit between putin and Donald Trump. To confirm this, the Kremlin released a video of putin looking at the screen, writing something in a notebook and "directing" the process.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in August, the aggressor country of russia was preparing to test a new nuclear-capable cruise missile despite the scheduled meeting between Kremlin leader vladimir putin and US President Donald Trump.
