Russian dictator vladimir putin pretends to be ready for diplomacy and peace talks, while in reality russia has launched a brutal attack on the Chernihiv and Sumy Regions, which left many communities without electricity. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha announced this on X.

"Putin pretends to be ready for diplomacy and peace talks, while in fact last night Russia launched a brutal missile and drone attack on the Chernihiv and Sumy Regions of Ukraine. The energy infrastructure was again hit hard. Many communities have been left without electricity due to cold autumn temperatures, some have been left without water," the Foreign Minister said.

He appealed to all partners in Europe and beyond to immediately provide Ukraine with additional assistance for its resilience. In particular, it is about energy equipment, energy sources and air defense systems.

As a reminder, the Chernihiv Region has been under massive attack by attack drones, according to the summary data of the Air Defense and Defense Forces, 51 air targets were recorded over the day, including 2 ballistic missiles. There were two hits by the Shahed drones - at a heat supply facility and a power plant.

In the northern districts of the Chernihiv Region, as a result of the attack by a russian drone on a power facility, electricity supply disappeared. And Chernihiv was left without water supply after the russian attack. It was advised to stock up on water.
