Russians strike again at Donetsk Region's energy sector: part of region without electricity

On Monday, October 6, russian troops attacked the energy infrastructure in the Donetsk Region again. As a result of the shelling, several settlements were left without electricity

The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin has reported this.

According to him, emergency crews are already working to restore electricity, but taking into account the current security situation.

"The enemy is trying to make life in the Donetsk Region as difficult as possible - and will continue to do so, especially in winter," Filashkin noted, urging residents of the region not to delay the evacuation.

Recall that the army of the aggressor country, the russian federation, shelled three districts of the Donetsk Region over the past day, October 5. Three civilians were injured.

On the evening of October 5, russian shelling destroyed a Nova Poshta branch in the Donetsk Region, and with it parcels worth more than UAH 1 million. The employees were not injured.
