The mayor of Konotop, Sumy Region, Artem Semenikhin, said that russian shelling damaged the city's railway infrastructure, which can be restored only after the war ends.

So, according to the Regional Military Administration, civilian infrastructure, non-residential buildings, an apartment building, 2 private houses, a car, and an out-of-school education institution were damaged in the Konotop community.

"This is a heavy blow. The railway infrastructure facilities were damaged, which can be restored only after the victory. A lot of things burned down. Everyone is alive, thank God," said Konotop's mayor
