In Sumy Region, russian occupiers distributing leaflets calling for evacuation of civilians – Sumy Administration

In the Sumy Region, in Velyka Pysarivka, russians are distributing leaflets calling for "evacuation", under the guise of "concern for civilians". The Sumy Regional Military Administration reports this on Telegram.

The Regional Military Administration states that these appeals on the leaflets are an information and psychological operation (IPSO) aimed at spreading panic and chaos.

"Such actions are a standard tactic of the occupiers, which they use in border communities. The "concern" in their leaflets is just a cover for propaganda," the message says.

The Regional Military Administration also reminds residents what to do:

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of Thursday, September 11, russian occupiers attacked an educational institution in Sumy. Rescuers extinguished the fire that broke out as a result of the enemy strike.

A russian drone also hit an architectural monument of national importance - the Holy Resurrection Cathedral of the OCU.

Earlier, the Security Service thwarted a new attempt by the aggressor country, the russian federation, to obtain up-to-date data on the defense of Ukraine's frontline regions. As a result of a special operation in Sumy, an FSB informant was detained who was spying on Ukrainian troops involved in fighting on the frontline.
