Ukrainians prefer used cars from USA - Ukravtoprom

In August 2025, compared to July, Ukrainians purchased 6% more used cars imported from the USA, namely 5,100 units.

This is stated in the message of the Ukravtoprom association, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

It is noted that the largest share of this number (46%) is electric cars.

Gasoline cars make up 40%, hybrid cars - 7%, diesel - 4%, and cars with gas equipment - 3%.

It is noted that the average age of "Americans" with mileage that replenished the Ukrainian car fleet last month is 5.3 years.

The TOP-5 used cars manufactured in the USA were: TESLA Model Y - 812 units; TESLA Model 3 - 639 units; FORD Escape - 383 units; NISSAN Rogue - 263 units and TESLA Model S - 239 units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in June 2025, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with almost 20,000 used cars imported from abroad.

In 2024, compared to 2023, sales of used imported cars increased by 4% to 222,100 units.
