At least 8 UAVs flew to Poland. Air Force tells how many Shaheds and missiles downed at night
On the night of September 10, the russian invaders used 458 air attack vehicles against Ukraine, including UAVs and ground-based, air-based and sea-based missiles. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
What did the russians attack with:
- 415 Shahed, Gerbera attack UAVs and drones of other types from the directions of Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Oryol, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - RF, Chauda - TOT of Crimea, more than 250 of them - Shaheds;
- 42 X-101/Kalibr/Kh-59(69) cruise/aviation missiles from the Saratov Oblast - RF, the Black Sea area;
- 1 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile from the Voronezh Oblast.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 09:00 am, air defense systems shot down/suppressed 413 air targets:
- 386 enemy Shahed, Gerbera and other types of drones;
- 27 Kh-101/Kalibr/Kh-59(69) cruise/aircraft missiles.
16 missiles and 21 strike UAVs previously hit 17 locations.
In addition, at least eight enemy UAVs crossed the state border of Ukraine in the direction of the Republic of Poland.
As a reminder, the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces confirmed the violation of the country's airspace during russia's night attack on Ukraine.
An operation is underway, the purpose of which is to identify and neutralize the objects.
