Government makes decision that will allow to speed up printing of summonses

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved changes to the procedure for conducting the draft, allowing the Kyiv city and regional territorial centers of recruitment and social support to print summonses.

Previously, the printing of summonses could be carried out by the Ministry of Defense or state-owned enterprises of the printing industry that are of strategic importance.

The changes approved by the Cabinet of Ministers will allow the Kyiv city and regional territorial recruitment and social support centers to print summonses on the basis of relevant agreements.

In addition, the government allowed to organize the printing of summonses using the system of electronic interaction of state electronic information resources and electronic information resources of state enterprises. That is, we are talking about automating the process of printing summonses.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in August this year, lawyer Andriy Novak explained that not only employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers can serve summonses to citizens.

Recall, in July, MP Roman Kostenko stated that about 1.5 million Ukrainians did not receive summonses due to a lack of money for the envelopes in which the notifications are sent.
