Occupiers advanced near four settlements in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia Regions - DeepState
The Ukrainian analytical project DeepState claims that the russian occupation army has advanced near four settlements in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia Regions.
This is evidenced by the update of the DeepState interactive map from today, August 27.
According to OSINT analysts, the occupiers were able to advance in the Lyman, Pokrovsk and Huliaipole Axes.
In the Lyman Axis, the russians took a number of positions near Kolodiazi and advanced on the territory of the settlement of Zarichne.
In the Pokrovsk Axis, the russian army expanded the zone of control in the settlement of Kotlyne.
In the Huliaipole Axis, the invaders advanced north of the settlement of Olhivske.
At the time of publication of the news, the Defense Forces of Ukraine did not confirm or deny the information of the DeepState project.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, yesterday, August 26, DeepState analysts stated that russian troops occupied two settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Later, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied the DeepState report, emphasizing that the Ukrainian military stopped the advance of the russians on this section of the front and continue to control one of the aforementioned settlements. The second is in the "gray zone", where active hostilities are ongoing.
As a reminder, on August 24, it became known that the Defense Forces of Ukraine liberated three settlements in the north and west of the Donetsk Region.
