Occupiers do not have full control over Chasiv Yar, their "flag-raising" is done for sake of propaganda — DeepState

The russian occupation army does not have full control over the city of Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk Region. The latest footage that the occupiers are showing on the Internet is part of their information campaign.

It was reported by the Ukrainian analytical project DeepState.

Today, July 31, the occupiers published footage of them raising the russian flags in the Shevchenko and Tsekh No. 2 microdistricts.

According to DeepState analysts, the occupiers' demonstrative "flag-raising" has nothing to do with establishing full control over the city.

"Over the past two months, the enemy has literally managed to advance a little from the northeast and east to the Shevchenko microdistrict, and that's it," DeepState said.

The rest of the events demonstrated by the occupiers are a "one-way action." Most of the russian soldiers who are ordered to display the russian flag in one part of the city or another have been eliminated.

It is noted that the occupiers are committing such suicidal acts because they are promised a short-term vacation for them.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in January of this year, servicemen of the 18th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine showed what Chasiv Yar looks like after nine months of urban fighting and massive shelling.
