State Department says Trump determined to end war in Ukraine

US President Donald Trump is determined to implement his vision of ending russia's war against Ukraine and is actively working on it.

US State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce announced this, Ukrinform reports.

"I think the president is the person who will make these decisions, and he continues to approach this aggressively so that his vision of ending this conflict is realized," Bruce noted.

She also added that currently Trump is "quite transparently" assessing the situation and showing patience, while remaining committed to agreements with NATO to support Ukraine with everything necessary for defense.
