Russian attack on maternity hospital in Kharkiv: three newborns and their mothers injured

As a result of the air attack by the aggressor state of russia on a maternity hospital in Kharkiv on July 11, three newborns - two of whom were born yesterday - and their mothers were injured.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Thus, at approximately 5:30 am, the enemy attacked the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv, using drones, previously of the Geran-2 type. A maternity hospital, a dental clinic, an educational institution, and a non-residential building were damaged. Windows were broken in apartment buildings.

It is currently known that a 45-year-old man was injured by glass fragments. Two more people - a 64-year-old man and a 73-year-old woman - suffered an acute stress reaction.

In addition, medical assistance was provided to six more victims, including three women and their children: three boys, two of whom were born yesterday and one on July 8. The mothers and babies were diagnosed with acute stress reactions.

It is emphasized that they were in a maternity hospital, which was attacked by russian UAVs this morning. Thus, the number of victims reaches nine people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the morning of July 11, russian troops struck Kharkiv with drones. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out in the city and there are victims.

Meanwhile, on the night of July 11, russian occupiers struck a UAV at a transport infrastructure facility in the Mykolaiv Region.
