On the night of July 9, russia launched 4 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles and one cruise missile on Lutsk, and the invaders also used 50 drones for the attack. Lutsk Mayor Ihor Polishchuk reported this on the air of a telethon on TSN.

"Today we had the most massive attack by enemy air targets. About 50 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed type and others, five missiles, four of which are Kinzhals, one cruise missile," Polishchuk reported.

It is reported that as a result of the fall of fragments of an enemy air target, there is damage to one of the enterprises, and a fire also broke out there. There is damage on the territory of one of the garage cooperatives. One garage was destroyed, and there is a fire on the territory of four more. At the moment, all fires are localized.

"Fortunately, thank God, we have had no casualties, no injuries as of this moment. Of course, we want to thank and express our respect to everyone who participated in the air defense of Ukraine and our city on this difficult night. Because those who participated in the air defense during this night actually worked today," Polishchuk said.

We will remind you that, according to the Air Force, the russian federation launched 13 missiles and 728 drones over the territory of Ukraine at night, the air defense managed to neutralize 718 targets, in particular, 7 missiles and 296 UAVs were shot down.

In addition, the russian federation carried out the most massive missile and drone attack on Lutsk since the beginning of the invasion, fires broke out in the city.
