"A fire broke out in Dnipro due to an enemy attack. Civilian infrastructure was damaged. In particular, a hostel, a gymnasium, an administrative building. The train was damaged. Its passengers were injured," the report says.
In addition, the russian occupiers also hit the city of Samar – Regional Military Administration clarifies the details.
"Unfortunately, there are killed and wounded everywhere," Lysak informed.
