Two new board members in Naftogaz of Ukraine

The supervisory board of the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint stock company has appointed two new board members - Oksana Volynets and Olena Artazei.

This is announced in the company's statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The statement says that Volynets headed the legal and regulatory affairs department. She has over 20 years of legal experience, in particular, in the areas of corporate governance, M&A and the settlement of complex corporate disputes.

She managed the relevant departments in the Continuum Group and PJSC Ukrnafta.

Artazei will be responsible for the HR department in Naftogaz of Ukraine.

She has over 10 years of experience in personnel management in the private and public sectors, in particular, in WOG, the State Property Fund and PJSC Ukrnafta.

In addition, Nadiya Bihun has been appointed as the Director of Operational Efficiency in Procurement and Supply Chain Management of the Naftogaz Group.

She has about 20 years of experience in procurement in businesses and companies of the national level.

In particular, since 2015, she has held managerial positions in Prozorro, Ukrposhta, SE Medical Procurement of Ukraine and Ukroboronprom.

In 2022-2025, she worked as Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, responsible for procurement policy.

"We have strengthened the team with specialists who have deep expertise and practical experience in complex corporate transformations. I am confident that their professionalism will help Naftogaz become even more effective and open to partners, society and the state," said Serhii Koretskyi, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on May 14, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal introduced Serhii Koretskyi, the new Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
