Trump claims US not involved in Israeli attack on Iran
US President Donald Trump stressed that the US was not involved in the Israeli attack on Iran, and stressed the consequences if Iran attacks the United States in any way.
He wrote about this in Truth Social.
"The U.S. had nothing to do with the attack on Iran, tonight. If we are attacked in any way, shape or form by Iran, the full strength and might of the U.S. Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before," the message says.
At the same time, Trump said that it is possible to "easily get a deal" between Iran and Israel and end the conflict.
As the Ukrainian News agency eakrlier reported, over the past 48 hours, Israel has been asking the administration of US President Donald Trump to join the war with Iran to eliminate its nuclear program.
Recall, on the night of June 13, the Israeli army struck Iran.
Iran launched a missile attack on Israel in response to the shelling that had been taking place throughout the day. On the evening of June 13, Iran launched two salvos of surface-to-surface missiles at Israel, hitting fewer than 100 targets in total. Most were intercepted by air defense systems.
