"Every night instead of ceasefire - massive strikes," Zelenskyy responds to nightly shelling by RF

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that russian strikes with missiles and Shaheds are louder than the efforts of the United States and others in the world to force russia to peace. He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

"Every night instead of a ceasefire, there have been massive strikes with Shaheds, cruise missiles and ballistics. Today was one of the largest strikes on Kyiv. The Odesa, Dnipro and Chernihiv Regions were also targets. In total, the russians used 315 drones in the strike, of which more than 250 were Shaheds, and 7 missiles, including 2 of which were ballistics of North Korean production," he noted.

Zelenskyy added that as a result of the enemy strikes, ordinary houses and city infrastructure were damaged, and in Odesa, a maternity hospital became a russian target. 13 people were injured, there are killed.

"It is important that the response to this and other similar russian strikes is not the silence of the world, but concrete actions. Actions by America, which has the power to force russia to peace. Actions by Europe, which has no alternative to being strong. Actions by others in the world who called for diplomacy and an end to the war and whom russia ignored. Tough pressure is needed for the sake of peace," the President emphasized.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of June 10, the aggressor state of russia attacked Ukraine with 322 air attack vehicles, including ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as 315 drones. Air defense forces destroyed 284 air targets, including all 7 missiles. In total, hits were recorded in 11 locations, the main direction of the strike was Kyiv.
