Number of victims of russian attack on Ternopil increased to 11, six of them employees of Emergency Service

In Ternopil, the number of victims of the russian combined strike has increased to 11, six of them are employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU).

This was reported by the State Emergency Service.

"The number of victims of the russian attack on Ternopil has increased to 11 people. Of these, 6 are employees of the State Emergency Service," the message says.

It was previously reported that 111 rescuers and 26 units of special fire and rescue equipment were involved in extinguishing the fires.

Let us recall that on the night of June 6, russian troops launched a combined strike on Ternopil, using strike drones and missiles. Hits were recorded on industrial facilities and critical infrastructure facilities.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of June 6, russia carried out one of the largest air attacks during the full-scale invasion. In total, the occupiers used 452 air attack vehicles. The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 406 of them.

During the massive missile and drone attack, the facade of the World War II museum building at the foot of the Motherland monument was damaged.

The russian occupiers also carried out a combined strike on Chernihiv - they attacked with drones and ballistics. A residential area was hit, houses were damaged, as well as one of the enterprises and infrastructure facilities. Four people were injured.
