Zelenskyy appoints Shanko head of Kherson City Military Administration
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Yaroslav Shanko as head of the Kherson City Military Administration. This is stated in order No. 76 of June 3, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"To appoint Yaroslav Viktorovych Shanko as head of the Kherson City Military Administration of the Kherson District of the Kherson Region," the document states.
34-year-old Shanko has been deputy head of the Kherson Regional State Administration since May 2023.
In 2021-2023, he held the position of deputy head of the Juvenile Prevention Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
In 2020, he was deputy head of the Department of Preventive Activities of the Kherson Region Police.
In 2019, he worked as head of the Juvenile Prevention Department of the Kherson Region Police.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 17, Zelenskyy dismissed the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko.
