Russians attack Sumy. City Administration reports 3 killed, 25 wounded

The number of injured as a result of the russian rocket artillery strike on Sumy has increased to 25, three people were killed. The services are preparing to begin emergency repair work.

Currently, it is known that three people have been killed, 25 have been injured. In particular, three children and three adults are in serious condition.

Meanwhile, representatives of the structural units of the city council and the police, charitable organizations are working with the injured at the headquarters. Municipal workers, rescuers and volunteers are preparing to begin emergency repair work.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine clarified that as of 12:25 p.m., a total of 25 people had applied and been taken to medical facilities for medical care, 1 person died in the hospital. 24 patients remain under treatment, including three children. There are 12 adults and three children in inpatient departments. Eight of the wounded are in serious condition, three of them children.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the morning of Tuesday, June 3, the russian army shelled Sumy using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Residential buildings and streets in the city center were hit.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that the enemy carried out a brutal attack on Sumy, deliberately hitting civilians with rocket artillery.
