Hostile drones destroy Nova Poshta branch in Odesa Region
On the night of May 30, russian drones attacked the Odesa Region, as a result of which a branch of the logistics company Nova Poshta was destroyed.
The Odesa Region's State Emergency Service reported this on Facebook.
"A fire broke out and a Nova Poshta branch was destroyed in the Odesa Region as a result of a drone attack," the department reported.
The fire, caused by enemy drones, covered an area of about 300 square meters. The fire also damaged trucks that were nearby. According to rescuers, there were no deaths or injuries.
Eight State Emergency Service specialists, five National Guardsmen, and three pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. The fire was extinguished by joint efforts of rescuers and the military.
The Prosecutor General's Office reported that the attack was directed at civilian infrastructure in the Izmail District. A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - violation of the laws and customs of war.
As previously reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during the night russia launched 90 drones from five directions over Ukraine, as well as two ballistic missiles of the Iskander-M/KN-23 type from the Voronezh Oblast.
