Zelenskyy imposes sanctions on former MP Mosiichuk, Shaposhnikov and Bohuslaiev's son

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, by his decree No. 345/2025 dated May 25, imposed personal sanctions on former MP Ihor Mosiichuk, the son of former Motor Sich president Viacheslav Bohuslaiev - Oleksandr Bohuslaiev, as well as the founder of the Dorozhnii Kontrol website Rostyslav Shaposhnikov.

The sanctions against Bohuslaiev Jr. include the blocking of assets - he is prohibited from using and disposing of property directly or through intermediaries. His participation in trade, privatization, public procurement, technology transfer, conclusion of contracts and receipt of dividends is also limited.

According to the decree, a number of additional restrictions have been applied to him:

• a ban on flights, transportation and transit of resources through the territory of Ukraine;
• blocking the withdrawal of capital abroad;
• suspension of licenses and permits, in particular for the use of subsoil;
• restrictions on transactions with securities and capital increase;
• termination of trade contracts and joint projects;
• restrictions in the field of education, sports, visits and negotiations;
• prohibition of acquiring land plots.

Similar sanctions were imposed against Ihor Mosiichuk, who previously represented the "Radical Party of Oleh Liashko" in the Verkhovna Rada, as well as against Shaposhnikov, known as a traffic activist.

As the SSU reported, on May 22, the assets of Oleksandr Bohuslaiev, who appears in the case of embezzlement of over UAH 500 million together with his father, were arrested. Earlier, on May 2, it became known about his detention in Monaco. The investigation established that he was engaged in money laundering in France and Monaco, having legalized over USD 650 million.
