Court tells what property the Poroshenkos want to divide
The judge of the Kryzhopil district court of the Vinnytsia Region told the details of Maryna Poroshenko's lawsuit against her husband Petro about the division of property.
This is stated in the ruling of judge Shvets, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the judge, this dispute is of a property nature with the cost of the lawsuit of UAH 17,102,703,811.40, which exceeds two hundred and fifty times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons.
Therefore, this case is subject to consideration in the general claim proceedings in a court session with notification (summons) of the parties.
The lawsuit was scheduled for consideration on April 29, 2025 in the premises of the Kryzhopil district court of the Vinnytsia Region (Vinnytsia Region, Tulchynskyi district, Kryzhopil village, 23, Heroiv Ukrainy Street).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the wife of former President Petro Poroshenko, Maryna, filed a lawsuit against him in court regarding the division of property.
The oligarch and MP Petro Poroshenko withdrew UAH 1 billion 48 million from Ukraine a few weeks before the imposition of sanctions against him and donated another UAH 986 million. The fifth President of Ukraine, MP and leader of the European Solidarity Petro Poroshenko, together with his wife Maryna, declared UAH 4.6 billion of income for 2024. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, by decree of February 12, imposed NSDC sanctions against former President Petro Poroshenko, businessmen Ihor Kolomoiskyi, Hennadii Boholiubov and Kostiantyn Zhevaho, a former member of the Verkhovna Rada, the godfather of russian dictator vladimir putin, Viktor Medvedchuk.
